Ceva Logistics - Nutricia (NUT)CEVA Logistics, who provide third party logistics services to NUT, are to provide an Infonic based PoD capture and retrieval solution which will enable both the Ceva and NUT customer accounts and customer services teams to obtain copies of all delivery documents when required. The Infonic system will process over 100,000 documents per annum, and will provide web based PoD Reports as well as web based user access to all documents after they have been scanned and indexed.

Dairy CrestIn a further expansion in the use of Infonic’s document management (EDM) software, Dairy Crest have purchased additional licenses for processing incoming customer bank cheques and associated remittance advice notes. Over 50,000 transactions a year will be input to the system using a dedicated cheque reader and document scanner, with the results being output to Oracle E-Business Suite for further processing and reporting.

Berry GardensFurther to the Proof of Delivery capture and retrieval system purchased last year through our partner, First Office Systems, Berry Gardens have now added to their system so that they can automatically Capture EPOD (EDI) files as formatted documents with customer defined layouts. Processed documents (Sales Invoices, Credit Notes and Account of Sales), all in PDF format, are output from the ERP system into Document Manager.

Coleg MenaiThe main Coleg Menai campus is based at the University City of Bangor with specialized campuses in Parc Menai, Llangefni and Caernarfon. Each campus offers successful routes to higher education or employment. The College has purchased Infonic document management software to enable them to use invoice OCR and process the documents into Coda. The system provides automated capture, recognition and storage of student enrolments and related documentation.

Peterson SBS LogisticsWorking alongside our partner, Konica Minolta, we have bought in a deal for Peterson SBS Logistics Ltd., one of the leading contractors to the energy industry in the Dutch and UK sectors of the North Sea. They will be using the Infonic software for their accounts payable department for documents with line item OCR (Optical Character Recognition) such as GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and invoices. Peterson SBS also intend to roll this document management solution out in their HR and Legal departments.

DHL - Birds Eye FoodsBirds Eye Foods (considered to be one of the founders of the modern frozen food industry) is one of DHL Logistics’ key customers. In addition to the work the Infonic Scanning Bureau already performs for DHL, a new contract has been won to scan 30,000 PoD (Proof of Delivery) documents per year.

Dairy CrestInfonic’s document scanning bureau will be used for Dairy Crest’s Household Division to process around 850,000 invoices per year whilst automatically populating Dairy Crest’s electronic document archive with invoice images. Another bureau service will be direct mail to Dairy Crest customers on a weekly basis. This is a further extension of Infonic’s footprint through delivering end-to-end document capture management and output processing.

DHLIn a further extension of the DHL HR shared services, Infonic will be scanning and indexing 20,000 employee files over a two year period via the Infonic bureau. It is an extension to an original piece of work completed two years ago which included full integration with Oracle HRMS (Oracle Human Resource Management System) with document security and direct access to scanned images from within Oracle.

They are an existing customer who have upgraded to the Infonic Enterprise software.
