Team Members

Kim Kuykendall heads up Document Manager operations for the Americas and Canada. Kim joined Infonic in July 2007 to further expand the Americas market for our Document Manager product. Kim has over 20 years of IT knowledge and has been in the electronic document management and imaging industry for the past eight years. In her past position prior to starting iCaught she worked with Fiserv, Inc., providing industry leading information management systems and services to the financial industry. Kim also has a consulting background working with General Electric and Analysts International Corporation. Kim has been trained on the business processes (i.e. GE Quality Business Process - Six Sigma, Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Process), risk analysis, and the knowledge to understand a client’s requirements, present, demonstrate, and propose best practices and solutions to prospective partners and clients.

Maryann Zengel joined Infonic as the Channel Partner Manager for the Americas in July 2008. Maryann has over 20 year experience in Sales & Channel Sales Management with top manufacturers that includes 7 years with Panasonic’s Digital Document Division and 11 years with Sony Corporation’s subsidiary, AIWA America, storage products. She has extensive knowledge in the document imaging reseller community with channel partner relationships.

Suzanne Stewart-Daumas has joined Infonic’s Document Management Division in Austin in an Office Support/Sales Support role. In addition to her pre-sale activities, she will provide partner support. Suzanne is a native Texan who moved to the Austin area from Houston, Texas. Suzanne brings years of experience in both administrative and accounting roles, as well as management. She gains a lot of experience having worked at NASA in the accounting department for many years. Suzanne has jumped right in to help with Infonic’s success.

Aaron Earley has joined Austin DM office as a Technical Support Specialist for our Infonic Document Manager products for North America. Aaron is responsible for all support and pre-sales activities and responsible for supporting Infonic partners for the Americas. Aaron moved to Texas from South Dakota 10 years ago. Aaron brings several years of technical experience in programming and technical support roles. This experience has been gained from years of work for several Austin high technology companies.

o   Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings – will be using Document Manager software to help with process improvement for legal case hearings for their headquarters and eight branch offices. CBM Archives are partnering us on this.

o   Tech Data – in a new partnership with Infonic, Tech Data will focus on selling our solution over the other solutions they carry, such as Documentum, DocuLex, Questys, Speedy Scan, etc.

o   U.S. Holdings – implements first eCopy module in the United States with a Konica Minolta multi-function device to help improve processes within the Sales Order Division.

o   Digital Business Solutions – one of Infonic’s partners closes a deal with Floyd County Mutual Insurance Association located in Illinois with our Document Manager software.

o   Advantage Content Partners – one of Infonic’s partners closes a Document Manager deal with Exterran in Houston, Texas who offers world energy solutions for customers.

o   CBM Archives – one of Infonic’s partners expands Virginia State Police with Document Manager with an additional project.
